Endowing Wisdom to the Future—Robotphoenix Brand New Products Make Their Debut

Recently, the new products launch event of Robotphoenix was successfully held.


The new products include the delta robots Bat1300-S6 and Bat M-E series; SCARA robots Python 550F-B3 and Python 800-B10; six axis robot Mantis 1000-A7; robot controllers Gorilla-A10, Gorilla-S20; Kingkong controller; and the new generation mini version of the electric box.


Release of new products indicates R&D team getting full credits for their efforts in the first half of this year, and developing the industries in Robotphoenix to a satisfactory extent.

 

1.Bat-series delta robots


The new generation of delta robots Bat1300-S6 adopt the lightweight design, which is lighter in weight, faster in speed, and more flexible. They can be widely applied in automated assembly lines and sorting operations.

 

Upgrade optimization

Image upgrade. Simple color scheme, compact design, lightweight throughout the entire series, with a body weight of 98KG and a weight reduction of 43%.

Structural optimization. Aluminum alloy casting integrated static platform, paired with the  split shell, volume is reduced.

Configuration upgrade. Increasing the precision of repeated positioning to ± 0.05mm. Path 25/305/25, at rated load, the fastest beat can reach 0.32s.

 

Bat M-E delta robots adopt the motor mounted directly on the fourth axis, which can adapt to scenarios with high rotational accuracy requirements.

 

Upgrade optimization

Structural optimization. Aluminum alloy casting integrated static platform, reuse of split shell, reduced volume, and reduced overall weight by 9kg.

Configuration upgrade. Increase the accuracy of rotation repeat positioning from ± 0.2 ° to ± 0.05 °, which can adapt to scenarios with high rotation accuracy requirements.

 

2. Python-series SCARA robots


Python 550F-B3 SCARA robots adopt an overall streamline design, paired with ZL101 aluminum alloy and ABS engineering plastic to reduce its own weight while ensuring equipment durability.

 

Upgrade optimization

Image upgrade. Simple color scheme, overall streamlined design, paired with ZL101 aluminum alloy and ABS engineering plastic.

Configuration upgrade. Equipped with high-performance servo motors, with stronger rotational speed, specially designed for inverted SCARA customized reducers, with improved performance and no oil leakage risk. Upgraded ball screw splines, with higher accuracy and lower noise.

Functional upgrade. Compatible with clean design, dual organ tube and duct design, negative pressure dust suppression. Cleanliness level self-test up to ISO 5.

 

Python 800-B10 SCARA robots is the type that applied in the field of medium load, with characteristics such as high speed, high precision, and high efficiency. Equipped with a high-performance controller system, it has strong usability and reliability, and can quickly and accurately complete tasks such as gluing, assembly, loading, and packaging.

 

Upgrade optimization

Image upgrade. The body adopts casting processing, injection molding without spraying, smooth lines, and the body weight is 39Kg, with a weight reduction of 11Kg.

Configuration optimization. Customized wiring harness with 45 °connectors to improve yield rate; height reduced by 140mm, occupying less space, built-in bearings have no plastic wear and are less prone to dust generation.

3. Mantis-series six axis robots


Mantis1000-A7 six axis robots, their compact structure, high precision, high speed, strong scalability, and easy operation, making it easy to handle various application scenarios.

 

Upgrade optimization

Image upgrade. The body adopts casting processing mode, with side cover injection molding and overall spraying. The weight of the body is 63Kg, with a weight reduction of about 21%.

Structural optimization. Optimize wiring and harness fixing methods, add UPE wire passing blocks and oil seals.

Configuration upgrade. Repeated positioning accuracy is improved to 0.017mm.

 

4. Gorilla robot controllers


The new generation Gorilla A10 and Gorilla S20 robot controllers integrate PLCopen motion control instructions, making it easy to achieve complex mathematical operations and motion control.

 

Upgrade optimization

Image upgrade. Larger memory, stronger computing power, ABS engineering plastic combined with integrated aluminum alloy heat dissipation, resulting in a 30% performance improvement.


Structural optimization. Expandable module design, allowing different modules to be directly attached to the controller, making it more convenient and saving space.


Configuration upgrade. A brand new open upper console, which can access applications on different devices and platforms through the browser, and integrates multiple mainstream instruction languages. Independently developing instruction languages, making it more cross-platform oriented.

 

5. Kingkong robot controllers

At present, Kingkong Robot Controllers can achieve simultaneous control of multiple robots, supporting various series models such as delta, SCARA, six axis, and wafer handling, etc.

 

Upgrade optimization

Configuration upgrade. Cloud platform monitoring and remote monitoring of device operation status are supported.

Functional upgrade. Vibration suppression function is added to improve production efficiency in applications such as high-speed movement and precise assembly.

 

6. The new generation mini version of the electric box

The new generation mini version of the electric box inherits the orange and white color of Robotphoenix style, with a 6-in-1 servo driver, which compresses space to the extreme. Equipped with new cooling holes of less task time, the heat dissipation effect is better.

 

Upgrade optimization

Image upgrade. Compact design makes space extremely compressed, volume reduces by 37.6%.

Structural optimization. New cooling holes for better heat dissipation.

Configuration upgrade. Upgrade the integrated drive control electric box, with better performance than single drive performance.
